Every BookOurJourney driver's driving licence and ID documents are checked, and each driver is met and briefed by our team before their first trip. We confirm a booking only when a driver is free, share the driver's name, photo and car number before the trip, and give you a 4-digit ride start code so the right car picks you up. A real person is reachable by phone and WhatsApp for the whole trip.

- Licence and ID checked. We check each driver's driving licence and ID documents and keep them on file.
- Met in person and briefed. Every driver is met by our team and briefed on how our travellers must be treated: politely, safely and honestly.
- Clear rules on the road. No phone calls while driving, no smoking in the car, no detours and never asking for extra money on the way.
- Rated after every trip. You rate your driver after the trip and can tell us what went wrong; we read every rating and act on complaints.
Before your trip
Confirmed means confirmed
We confirm your booking only after checking that a driver and car are free for your date. No last-minute cancellations.
Driver details in advance
The driver's name, photo, car number and phone reach you by email and in My Trips 1 day before your trip.
When the cab arrives
- Check that the car number matches the one in your booking.
- Give the driver your 4-digit ride start code only once you are in the cab. The trip cannot start without it.
- Share your booking reference with family; with it and the last 4 digits of your mobile they can follow the trip on Track Booking.
During and after the trip
- Call or WhatsApp us at any time; a real person answers and sorts it out.
- Call your driver from your account with one tap.
- Rate the trip and tick any problems (late, rude, unsafe driving...). Low ratings are followed up.

Are your drivers verified?
Yes. Before a driver works with us, our team checks their driving licence and ID documents, meets them in person and briefs them on how our travellers must be treated: politely, safely and honestly.
Is it safe for families and women travelling alone?
Every trip has a verified driver, a ride start code, the driver's name, photo and car number shared in advance, and a person you can reach by phone or WhatsApp for the whole trip.
What if I have a problem during the trip?
Call or WhatsApp us at any time on +91 96358 60503. A real person answers and sorts it out. After the trip you can rate your driver and tell us what went wrong; we read every rating.
Do you cancel confirmed cabs at the last minute?
No. We confirm a booking only after checking that a driver is free for your date, and we stay responsible for the trip until you reach your destination.
