How do I book an outstation cab?
Choose your pickup and destination cities, travel date, time and number of travellers on BookOurJourney, then pick a cab type. You see the route, distance and estimated fare before you confirm. Sign in with Google or email and add your mobile number to book. No payment is needed to book.
How is my booking confirmed?
Our team checks that a driver and car are free for your date before confirming, so a confirmed cab is a cab that comes. The status in My Trips moves from Pending to Confirmed to Driver Assigned, and you get each update by email.
When do I get the driver details?
As soon as a driver is assigned, My Trips shows "Driver assigned". Their name, photo, car number and phone are shared by email and in your account 1 day before your trip, with a Call driver button.
What is the ride start code?
Every booking has a 4-digit ride start code. Share it with your driver only when you are in the cab: the driver cannot start the trip without it, so you know the right car picked you up.
Can I track my booking without signing in?
Yes. Open Track Booking and enter your booking reference (it looks like BOJ-A1B2C3) and the last 4 digits of the mobile number used for the booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel online from My Trips until a driver is assigned. After that, or to change the date, time or pickup point, call or WhatsApp us. Cancellation terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
How are outstation cab fares calculated?
Fares are charged per kilometre and depend on the cab type: ₹13/km (Sedan) to ₹50/km (Force Urbania Traveller). A one-way fare is the road distance multiplied by the rate; a round trip is twice the distance multiplied by the rate. You see the estimated fare before you book.
Are toll tax, state tax and parking included?
Toll tax, state tax, parking and driver night-stay charges are extra if applicable, charged as per actuals. They are not part of the per-km fare, so you pay only what is actually charged on your route.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No advance payment is needed to book online. Our team confirms the final fare with you before your trip.
